JOB SUMMARY: Manage the Company’s consolidated and consolidating financial statement process, financial planning and budgeting, analyzing and evaluating financial statements and reports, developing and managing of financial models and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. JOB SUMMARY: Assists the General Manager in planning, controlling and directing all operational and administrative functions. Assumes facility management responsibility in the absence of the General Manager. This person will have managerial/supervisory roles over various areas.
The Business Process Manager’s goal is to improve the current division’s operations, processes, solutions, tools, and procedures by studying current business functions, applications, training needs, and technologies in use. They will also compare solutions against industry best practices and evaluating potential solutions. They will work with external vendors, internal business users and IT teams to digitize and automate the current environment aiding in the overall effort to keep all customers, both internal and external happy with provided solutions. This role will also focus on ensuring solutions, processes, and tools are used to their fullest providing training at all levels and functions to ensure process adherence. The BPM will work to ensure standardization of both processes and tools across all liquid manufacturing plants. They will be responsible for marrying business standard operating procedures with technical training materials to ensure the “why” and “how” are answered for all associates.
This role will work closely with the division’s leadership team members to understand the business and customers’ requirements. Once translated into validated requirements, the BPM will work with Corporate IT on a recommended approach to remediation and implementation including acting as the project manager to see requirements through to completion.
