This includes developing and analyzing job methods and standard operating procedures that support our operations and training culture, while configuring and maintaining Labor Management Systems and utilizing data to drive improvements.    This position is a bonusable postion plus you will be eligible for a monthly auto allowance.   Travel in the first year is approximately 50%.   During the beginning (first 3-6 months) you would travel every other week (fly out Mondays, return on Thursdays or maybe Friday).  As the project is underway and you learn more about our operations the travel would be less.     We will consider recent Industrial Engineering graduates or candidates with less than 3 years of experience.
