Sanitor – Distribution Center
Location: Greenwood, IN
Pay: $20.02/hour
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Position Summary:

Join our team as a Sanitor and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. You’ll follow an established cleaning schedule and perform essential janitorial duties to ensure our distribution center meets QCD and customer standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep warehouse floors spotless using manual and powered cleaning equipment
• Maintain exterior areas: parking lot, docks, and fence line
• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables
• Clean leaker boards in both dry and chill areas
• Maintain and restock break rooms, restrooms, and locker rooms
• Perform basic facility upkeep tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with sanitation guidelines and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in janitorial or sanitation work (preferred)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• English literacy (read/write/speak)
• Forklift certified or ability to become certified
• Able to operate an electric rider pallet jack

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in cold environments and standing/walking most of the shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of safe material handling equipment operation
• Knowledge of sanitation and janitorial procedures
