ABOUT THE JOB
Managers and providing guidance in driving positive change in the facility, including development and up skilling of 400+ associates. The key areas of focus are training and implementing the GSF defined improvement process, sustainability and job specific training. Ensures appropriate measurements are developed and implemented to create benchmarks and targets. Develops plans and actions to ensure goals are achieved or exceeded.

Experience:
7 or more years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, safety, training and/or CI.
Previous training & facilitation experience.
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Informance, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and present materials in a clear, concise manner.
Self motivated to work extended periods with limited direct supervision
Ability to make data driven decisions.
Continuous Improvement mindset with hands on leadership skills and experience working in a team-based environment.
Ability to lead in a facilitative manner, while holding others accountable.
Ability to coach individuals/teams and delegate appropri
