Overview

Provides critical administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient and compliant operations within the transportation/warehouse environment.

 

  • $20-$22/HR
  • Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday schedule
  • Must be flexible with AM or PM Shift
  • Must be able to work holidays

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, generate reports, and maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with company and regulatory standards (50%).

  • Assist dispatch supervisors and drivers to support daily operations and productivity (15%).

  • Manage daily paperwork, including confidential DOT files for drivers and warehouse documentation (15%).

  • Extract and compile driver performance data from the XATA system for supervisory review (15%).

  • Prepare reports and documents to support accurate and timely store deliveries (5%).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or transportation administrative role

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of transportation/logistics processes, DOT regulations, and internal compliance requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), office equipment, and recordkeeping systems

  • Experience with transportation systems such as XATA preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer service mindset

  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and support team goals
