Overview

Position Summary (Job Description):

Responsible for the coordination of all activities required for monitoring, counting, and maintaining the accuracy of inventory levels of liquid products raw materials and finished products.

 

Pay : $19.77/hr

Night Schedule - 7pm-5:30am

Must be able to work Holidays/Weekends 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform physical cycle counts. (5%) Inventory validation

Schedule and assign counts to be taken on raw materials and finished goods. (30%)

Perform annual physical inventory. (1%)

Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective action. (10%)

Input cycle count information. (10%)

Request of perform inventory request. (4%)

Generate period end variance report. (5%)

Report production based on batch cards. (30%)

Monitor and notify management of discrepancies. (5%)

Slotting and slot audits

Phase in/phase out of items

Vendor credits

Purchase order verification

Processing of damaged product

 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

Must possess excellent mathematical computation abilities.

Must be capable of completing counts of products from location within the racking system.

Demonstrate ability to make rational decisions consistent with Company policies and procedures.

Must be able to read and process written information with a high degree of technical accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
