🚀 Job Description: Production Machine Operator

Golden State Foods is seeking motivated individuals to fill Production Machine Operator positions at our Burleson, TX facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

🔹 Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production and warehouse equipment
🔹 Work efficiently to ensure production quotas and quality standards are met
🔹 Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards
🔹 Handle inventory, packing, and logistics tasks as assigned
🔹 Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies

🔍 Job Requirements:

✔ Must be 18 years or older
✔ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and stand for extended periods
✔ Ability to work in extreme heat/cold and damp, wet, humid, slippery environments
✔ Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
✔ Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment, including:

• W25-1 & 2, Cryovac, L24, BIB, 12-up fillers, and 6-up fillers

✔ Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production is preferred
✔ Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability are a must!
