The Highlights:

• Guaranteed Pay: (Hukipau) If you finish in less than 10 hours, you still get paid for 10 hours.

• $35.69/hr for the first 10 shift hours (your base hourly pay rate will be $26.94, plus an additional $0.25 hourly night shift premium, and a daily quality pay incentive of $85.00 per day, equating to $8.50 per hour for the first 10 shift hours), subject to appropriate tax withholdings and deductions, payable in accordance with the Company’s normal weekly payroll cycle. You are also eligible for overtime as required by applicable law.
• 4 shifts per week, 2:00 PM - 12 Midnight.
• Guaranteed 40-hour workweek.
• Reliable tractor/trailer equipment.
• Physical, hands-on job: This is a dynamic role, driving 40% of the time and unloading freight 60% of the time. We value individuals who embrace physical challenges and thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
• Pay rate increase to $36.64 beginning September 1, 2025
