JOB SUMMARY: Implements new standardization initiatives and completes FSQR improvement projects. Coordinates GSF LPNA Quality, Food Safety and regulatory compliance activities to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliances, and customer satisfaction at the Divisional level. Leads all customer, BRC, regulatory and regulatory audits (internal, customer, 3rd party) supporting plant’s short and long-range goals for business growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, food microbiology, biology or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
Master’s degree in food science and/or food microbiology preferred.
Experience:
10 years of relevant food safety & quality programs management work experience in an FDA regulated environment. Proven knowledge and experience in leading and guiding BRCGS, Customer and Regulatory audits.

The anticipated salary range for this position ranges from $90 - 115K. The ultimately salary will depend on a number of related factors, including the selected candidates education, skills and experience.
