Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume entry to mid-level roles within respective division(s). The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying and reaching out to talent, building robust talent pipelines and employing strategic recruiting techniques to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day recruitment activities with long-term talent acquisition goals and contribute to the overall continuous improvement and success of the company’s hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment for high-volume entry to mid-level roles, handling everything from job postings to candidate sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, extending offers and pre-hire activities
  • Proactively build pipelines to develop and maintain strong talent pools for critical, high-demand roles, ensuring that GSF is always prepared to meet its staffing needs. Regularly engages with passive candidates to keep them informed about potential opportunities and build long-term relationships.
  • Oversee the Hiring Manager Engagement experience and ensure we’re meeting the needs of the business by embodying our STAR 2.0 philosophy with a focus on: Service, Timeliness, Alignment and Relationships.
  • Lead and organize career fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote GSF as an employer of choice.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Provide detailed interview preparation and regular communication to keep candidates informed.
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to identify internal candidates for open roles, supporting GSF’s commitment to employee development and career growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process by identifying bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies. This includes adherence to EEOC, OFCCP, and other relevant regulations.
  • Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.  

 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of high volume/high touch recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including strategic sourcing, candidate pipeline development, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making at various levels within the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
