MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or labor-related field from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, PA or labor related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification highly desired/preferred.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish / English) highly desired.
Experience:
- 10 - 15 years of relevant Human Resources management work experience.
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred.

- Interpret labor or human resources anomalies and identify appropriate solutions
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at all organizational levels verbally and in writing
- Prepare a variety of comprehensive administrative and technical documents and reports
- Prepare and deliver presentations to management, external agencies, and employees

The anticipated compensation range is $90,000 - $120,000.
