We are seeking an energetic, skilled Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales) in St. Peters, Missouri
Seeks new business sales opportunities for GSF products to meet established marketing goals. Responsible for managing customer relations to ensure high quality customer service, rapid problem response and resolution, and proper understanding and use of GSF products. Assists other departments as necessary to ensure positive customer relations. Plans and executes sales plans in accordance with GSF sales strategies.




  1. Provide support to the Sales group by coordinating sales leads and scheduling appointments with our sales team.
  2. CRM updates, maintain pipeline information
  3. Research competitors and local opportunities
  4. Work with multiple internal teams, including marketing and Sales Operations, to increase efficiencies and drive a high converting sales process
  5. Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  6. Coordinates strategic solution programs and acts as a liaison between the solutions team and other departments.
  7. Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:


Education/Certification: Associate’s degree and/or combination of experience and education in business administration, commerce, or a related field from an accredited college or university.


Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or other comparable role.




Knowledge of:


  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Social Media Experience a plus
